Effective and different — and at the same time hugely solution-accelerating and exceptionally empathetic. On the Action Day I broke through patterns that had been with me for years — and went home with concrete steps.
We work with what you think, what you feel – and with the context in which your behaviour makes sense. Depending on your topic: in conversation, with inner images, shifts of perspective, movement or body-oriented exercises.
Most people who come to me don’t have a knowledge problem. They know which decision is pending. They know which conversation they would need to have. They know which habit would do them good. And yet the step stays undone – week after week.
Typical concerns we work with:
Maybe it isn’t more discipline that you’re missing. Maybe something in you first needs different conditions before movement becomes possible.
We don’t just look at what you should do. We find out what has kept you from doing it so far. That includes your thoughts and inner sentences, the voices in you that contradict each other – and the context in which your hesitation has made sense until now. Usually there is a good reason why a part of you isn’t setting off yet. We take that reason seriously instead of overruling it.
Not just talking about change, but noticing what your body is feeding back to you: posture, breath, inner reactions. We test your options with mind and body – how does the yes feel, how does the no? In doing so we work with inner images, with shifts of perspective, with resources you’ve long had, and with the inner parts that are currently pulling in different directions. When it fits, also while walking or outdoors.
Every session ends with a step that is small enough for you to take – and big enough to change something. With a date. Next time we look at what happened: What worked, what still needs different conditions? That is how insight becomes experience – and experience can become action.
Methods are tools, not promises. Which ones we use depends on your topic – and on what suits you.
Some concerns resolve in a single session. Others take several weeks, in which you try things out between appointments and we readjust. What you need, we decide together – afresh after every session. You book individually, without a package and without commitment. Online or in Bochum and the surrounding area.
Coaching is a self-pay service, not covered by health insurance.
Booked individually. Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. For companies, I put together an individual offer.
First we get to know each other – 30 minutes, free and with no obligation.
A session lasts 60 minutes. That’s enough time to really look at a topic without it fraying at the edges.
We decide that together. Some concerns resolve in a single session, others take several weeks. You book each session individually – no package, no commitment.
Yes. The intro call takes 30 minutes, is free and comes with no obligation – online or by phone. Afterwards you can take your time to decide.

Yes. Body awareness, inner images and shifts of perspective work well on screen too. All you need is a quiet place where no one will disturb you for an hour.
No. Coaching is not psychotherapy and doesn’t replace treatment for mental illness. We work on goals, decisions and steps. If I notice that a topic belongs in therapeutic hands, I’ll say so openly.
No. “Something isn’t right, and I’m not getting anywhere” is more than enough. Naming it is often already part of the work.

Completely. What you tell me stays between us. I don’t keep files on what you share and don’t pass anything on to third parties.

I spent months debating in my head. After the Action Day, the decision was made — and the first steps were in the calendar. What thrilled me was how quickly my thought loops turned into real action.
